 -- AM-CH, Inc.(Pink Sheets:AMHN AMHN Australian Men Health Network )(Pink Sheets:AMHNP) announced that it will begin the process of making a $0.03 per share final distribution to its common shareholders and a $0.005 per share final distribution to its preferred shareholders on September September: see month.  23, 2005, pursuant to a court approval received on September 15, 2005. Notification will be mailed to the shareholders from Computershare Founded in Australia in 1978, Computershare (ASX: CPU) has grown (largely through overseas acquisitions) to become the world's largest share registry business.

The company now has a presence in:
