ALZA Corp. and Marion Merrell Dow Inc. file suit against Ciba-Geigy for patent infringement.


PALO ALTO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 25, 1995--ALZA Corp. and Marion Merrell Dow Inc. of Kansas City, Mo., today announced that they filed a lawsuit against Ciba-Geigy Corp. and LTS LTS 1 Latent tetany syndrome, see there 2.
