ALYA Signs Master Distributor Agreement for Northern Europe.

, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 7, 1998--ALYA International, Inc. ("ALYA" or the "Company") announced today the signing of a master distribution agreement with Ing. K. Simonsen A/S ("Simonsen") of Norway.

Simonsen will market ALYA products in northern Europe and particularly in Norway and Sweden.
