ALWAYSi Sells Six Short Films to Sundance Channel.

SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 8, 2000

ALWAYSi, the next-generation independent entertainment company, and Sundance Channel jointly announced that ALWAYSi has sold six short films to Sundance Channel for broadcast beginning in February 2001. The titles acquired represent a broad range of short films by independent filmmakers who have been exhibiting their films online at www.alwaysi.com and have signed up for ALWAYSi's representation services.

"The sale of these films illustrates ALWAYSi's ability to discover independent filmmakers and market them to the traditional offline media world," said Randy Greenberg, vice president of sales and marketing for ALWAYSi. "This deal is the beginning for ALWAYSi's recently formed offline sales division which is representing full-length features, short films and documentaries."

The following films are among the those acquired:
-- "Lola" is a "Twilight Zone" style tale of paths crossed on a haunted, desert
road: a ghostly drifter in search of lost souls and a hopeless junkie who is
forced to relive a childhood tragedy.

-- "Comedy, A Tragedy in One Act" is a performance artist/comedian discovers
his desire for life through a deliberate meeting with "Death".

-- "Crosswalk" is a lesson in both cruel and comedic irony in which good people
do the wrong things for all the right reasons.

-- "The Briss" is a story about how there's more than one way to experience a
briss.
