Gleason treasurer of the corporation, reporting to Lawrence B. Frost, senior vice president and chief financial officer. Mr. Gleason was vice president, corporate banking East USA, for Royal Bank of Canada Bank of Canada Canada's central bank, established under the Bank of Canada Act (1934).
