The delivery improvement process was led by Joseph Kay, Sales Manager in New York City, and David Lozipone, Customer Service Manager in Rochester. This was done, in part, through a series of weekly meetings in Rochester, and monthly meetings in New York. These meetings are ongoing and involve the review of all NYCT open orders, identification of possible delivery problems, mitigation plans if problems are identified, and follow-up on previously identified problems.
