("ALR") had been successful. The depository under the Offer, Montreal Trust Company of Canada, advised that shareholders holding approximately 32,000,000 Class A Shares (approximately 93% of total outstanding) had tendered their shares in response to the Offer. Since all terms and conditions of the Offer had been satisfied or waived, all Class A Shares tendered would be taken up.
