 Revolution Q-SMP has emerged as the Pentium-based server of choice in a recent VARBusiness survey of resellers nationwide.

Value added resellers rated top-selling servers from ALR, AST (AST Computer, Irvine, CA) A PC manufacturer founded in 1980 by Albert Wong, Safi Quershey and Tom Yuen (A, S and T). It offered a complete line of PCs that sold through its dealer channel. , AT&T, Acer, Compaq, Digital, and Wyse, comparing both "Product Features" (such as performance and value) and "Business Features" (such as support and profitability). In the area of "Product Features", the ALR Revolution Q-SMP captured six out of eight categories, with top scores in Upgradability, Memory Capacity, Disk Drive Capacity, Processor Speed, Ease of Network Integration, and Overall Value. In the "Business Features" arena, the ALR system earned top marks in three out of six categories, including Technical Support, Availability, and Profitability.
