Net income for the quarter totaled $1,028,117 or $.20 per share, compared with income in the first quarter of 1994 of $88,141, or $.02 per share. Sales for the quarter totaled $32,446,320, compared with sales of $31,007,551 in the 1994 first quarter.

The sales include an increase of 9.7 percent to $25,343,584, in branded product sales.
