ALONG Mobile Technologies Inc. to Provide Voice over IP Service to Its Customers via Its Downloading Terminals.

NEW YORK -- ALONG Mobile Technologies Inc. (OTC:AGMB), a leading provider of wireless interactive entertainment products and services in China, announced today that it will provide its new service, Voice over IP, starting in the beginning of the first quarter of 2007, via its downloading terminals.

Voice over Internet protocol is used in IP telephony for a set of facilities for managing the delivery of voice information using internet Protocol. The major advantage of Voice over IP is that it avoids the huge tolls charged by ordinary telephone service. With the addition of this service to its downloading terminals, ALONG will become a virtual Network Operator. With its downloading Terminal network, ALONG will operate this service alone, and charge the phone bills alone.

"This service is another way of using our downloading terminal's capacity fully, and this Voice over IP has many advantages," Mr. Li Jianwei, the CEO of ALONG Mobile, stated. He continued with, "First, the quality of the sound is much better than the other communication methods. Second, it is very economical. Because ALONG establishes this system alone, ALONG does not have to pay the third Party any fee, so when ALONG charges its customers, the phone bills will not be extraordinarily expensive. For example, an international phone call from China to U.S. will cost a person 1 Yuan per minute comparing with China Telecom's 2.5RMB per minute."

He further stated that, "By adding this service to our downloading terminals, we expect to increase our profits by 5-10% in the first quarter of 2007 over this year's first quarter."
