His career spans 37 years in the media business, including 17 years as a reporter and editor at The Miami Herald and The Tampa Tribune, as well as a variety of senior management positions in editorial, circulation and advertising at the Miami Herald Publishing Company. He also served as associate publisher/Broward for The Herald.
