:AT) today announced that Fujitsu Network Communications Inc., a leading provider of next-generation optical transport equipment, will provide ALLTEL with a wide range of Fujitsu FLASHWAVE(R) 4000 optical transport platforms for ALLTEL's Michigan Michigan (mĭsh`ĭgən), upper midwestern state of the United States.
