ALLTEL Awards Contact Center Contract to Norstan; Norstan-built Solution to Overhaul Operations At More Than a Dozen ALLTEL Contact Centers.

:AT) has awarded Norstan a contract to develop a contact center solution designed to unify ALLTEL's contact center operations. The contract calls for Norstan to both build and implement the solution.
