ALLEGHENY TELEDYNE TO PAY UP; FEDS SAY NORTHRIDGE FACILITY OVERCHARGED.

Allegheny Teledyne Inc. has agreed to pay $14 million to the federal government to settle accusations of overcharging at its former Northridge facility, authorities said Wednesday.
