Byline: Matthew Kredell Special to the Daily News

JetHawks pitcher Patrick Dunham was snubbed from the All-Star game An all-star game is an exhibition game played by the best players in their sports league. The players are often chosen by a popular vote of fans of the sport and the game often occurs at the halfway point of the regular season, although this is not the case for some all-star games  in Tuesday's announcement, and now he is taking it out on those responsible: opposing coaches.

The right-hander out of Missouri took a no-hitter into the sixth inning Friday night en route to a 9-3 victory over the Modesto A's in front of a season-high 4,410 fans at Lancaster Municipal Stadium.

Dunham, who has won seven straight decisions, improved to 7-3 with a 2.16 ERA.
