ALL-STAR GAME FINALE FOR DICKINS.

Veteran La Canada High coach Bart Dickins, who is coaching the East team in the 16th annual Daily News All-Star Softball Game at 3:30 p.m. Monday at Glendale Sports Complex, has decided to retire. Monday will be his last game.

``It's time It's Time was a successful political campaign run by the Australian Labor Party (ALP) under Gough Whitlam at the 1972 election in Australia. Campaigning on the perceived need for change after 23 years of conservative (Liberal Party of Australia) government, Labor put forward a ,'' he said. ``I was actually going to leave last year, but I wanted to stay one more season for my pitcher Kelly Kalish because it was her last year.''

Dickins said he wants to pursue business interests.

``Even though I'm graduating, it was the saddest day of my life when coach Dickins said he was leaving,'' Kalish said. ``But I do remember how glad I was last year when he said he'd back for one more season. I love Bart.''
