Hart High quarterback David Neill David Neill (born July 17 1980[]) was an American college football quarterback for the University of Nevada. In 1998 he set an NCAA record for most touchdown passes in a season by a freshman with 29 thrown.  and Valencia running back Manuel White Manuel White (born July 2, 1982) is an American football running back.  were named Foothill League co-players of the year honors.

Neill, a senior, continued the Hart tradition of stellar quarterbacks by passing for 3,056 yards and 26 touchdowns as the Indians went 11-2 and won the league for the sixth straight year. Their league win streak is at 33 games, and they advanced to the Southern Section Division II semifinal for the third time in the last four years.

White, a sophomore, became the first Santa Clarita Valley The Santa Clarita Valley is the valley of the Santa Clara River in Southern California.
