Net earnings for the three months ended September 30, 1995 were $5.7 million or $0.28 per share on sales of $90 million. This compares with net earnings of $2.8 million or $0.14 per share on sales of $102.9 million for the corresponding period a year ago. This brought net earnings for the nine month period to $1.8 million or $0.09 per share compared with net earnings of $726 thousand or $0.04 per share for the corresponding period last year. Sales for the nine months ended September 30, 1995 totaled $221.1 million, compared to $250.0 million last year. This year's results have not been tax affected due to the availability of tax losses to the company. Net earnings before provision for income taxes for last year's third quarter and nine month period were $4.6 million and $1.2 million respectively.
