:ABS (Automatic Backup System) See backup program. ) Board of Directors, at its quarterly meeting on March 6, 1995, voted to increase the Company's regular quarterly cash dividend from $.11 to $.13, an increase of 18.2%, for an annual rate of $.52 per share. This is the Company's 24th consecutive annual dividend increase. The quarterly cash dividend will be payable on May 25, 1995, to stockholders of record on May 5, 1995.

The Board of Directors announced that the Annual Stockholders' Meeting will be held on Friday, May 26, 1995, at 10:00 a.m., at the Boise Centre on the Grove, 850 Front Street, Boise, Idaho “Boise” redirects here. For other uses, see Boise (disambiguation).
