ALBERTSON'S, INC. INCREASES QUARTERLY DIVIDEND FOR THE 26TH CONSECUTIVE YEAR.BOISE, Idaho--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 3, 1997--Albertson's, Inc. (NYSE NYSE See: New York Stock Exchange :ABS) Board of Directors, at its quarterly meeting on March 3, 1997, voted to increase the Company's regular quarterly cash dividend from $.15 to $.16 per share, an increase of 6.7%, for an annual rate of $.64 per share. This is the 26th consecutive year the Company has raised its dividend to stockholders. The cash dividend will be payable on May 25, 1997, to stockholders of record on May 2, 1997.
