ALBERTA ENERGY, based in Calgary, bought a 36% stake in the Transandino pipeline, which transports oil from Argentina to Chile. To acquire the share, the Canadian company paid US$68 million to Spanish oil company Repsol YPF YPF - Esquimalt, British Columbia, Canada (Airport Code)
