The museum was an initiative of the Merseyside Development Corporation. is putting on a boogie wonderland night at the Albert Dock gallery on Thursday, as part of the city''s annual disability and deaf arts festival An arts festival or art fair is a festival that focuses on the visual arts, but which may also focus on other arts.
