ALBARA ANNOUNCES AGREEMENT WITH OUTBOUND SYSTEMS
CONROE, Texas, Dec. 31 /PRNewswire/ -- Albara Corp. (OTC) reported

that its operating subsidiary, Micro Business Solutions Inc. ("MBSI") has entered into a strategic marketing alliance with Outbound Systems Inc. ("Outbound") of Boulder, Colo. Outbound currently markets a Macintosh-compatible notebook computer under the Outbound tradename, through authorized dealers nationwide. The marketing alliance calls for Outbound to manufacture and configure various notebook computer configurations, add-ons and related products for sale by MBSI under its own tradename, "RealTech(TM)." MBSI specializes in marketing to the Macintosh direct response channel and will supplement Outbound's sales strategy.
MBSI expects to begin shipment of these notebook computers in the first quarter of 1992 under the tradename "RealTech TRAVLER(TM)." Configured with an 80 megabyte hard drive and 8 megabytes of RAM, MBSI believes that the TRAVLER will outperform others in the same price range and will also feature additional benefits. In the rapidly expanding Macintosh notebook market, management of MBSI believes that the TRAVLER will garner a respectable sector of the market. Management of MBSI believes that sales of this new product line will significantly contribute to revenues in 1992. The RealTech TRAVLER, is expected to be an attractive alternative to the Macintosh notebooks currently produced by Apple Computer Inc.
Albara, through its operating subsidiary, Micro Business Solutions is engaged in the sale of computer hardware, peripherals and software for the Apple Macintosh computer and specializes in system integration under the tradename "Software and Hardware That Fits."
The common stock of Albara is traded in the over-the-counter market and is listed in the "Pink Sheets" published by the National Quotation Bureau.
