Inc.'s list, published in May 1995, recognizes companies like ALANTEC that have demonstrated sustained growth and strong market penetration while maintaining a sound balance sheet over a four-year period. ALANTEC ranked No. 19 based on a 4,202 percent increase in revenue over a four-year period, growing from $583,000 in 1990 to $25,078,000 in 1994. This marks the first time ALANTEC was named to the Inc. 100 survey of The Hottest Small Public Companies. ALANTEC went public in February 1994, followed by an additional public offering in April 1995, which raised a total of $110,000,000.

First Quarter 1995 Update on Performance

ALANTEC reported record first quarter results ending March 31, 1995. ALANTEC's record revenue of $10,313,000 represented a 119 percent increase over revenue of $4,701,000 in the same period in 1994. Net income of $1,877,000, or 20 cents per share Cents per share
