For its fourth quarter ended Dec. 29, 1995, the company reported the sixteenth consecutive quarter of record net revenues with a 97 percent increase to $16,820,000, as compared to $8,522,000 for the same period last year. Net income and earnings per share were also at record levels for the period.

Net income increased 96 percent to $3,443,000, as compared to $1,755,000 for the fourth quarter last year. Net income per share for the quarter was 29 cents, an increase of 53 percent, compared to 19 cents for the same period last year.

Fiscal 1995 net revenues more than doubled over the previous year with a 113 percent increase to $53,330,000, as compared to $25,078,000 for fiscal 1994. Net income increased 166 percent to $10,761,000, or 97 cents per share Cents per share

The transaction, which is subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals, is expected to close shortly after the Special Meeting of Stockholders to be held on February 23, 1996.
