ALABAMA NATIONAL BANCORPORATION ANNOUNCES DIVIDEND.BIRMINGHAM, Ala.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 26, 1996--Alabama National BanCorporation (Nasdaq/NM:ALAB ALAB Atomic Safety and Licensing Appeal Board ) today reported that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 per share payable to stockholders of record at the close of business June 14, 1996.
