If anyone is serious about ending corruption in AJK then they should start from Sardar Qamar Zaman, who is current Senior Minister. This man has reached the height of corruption in AJK. Qamar Zaman is one of the most corrupt "leaders" in Azad Kashmir. He misuses government funds for personal pleasure and comfort, an example of that is his recent construction of a house for himself on government property near the Rest House in Sudhan Gali. That area is a major attraction for tourists and local villagers have expressed concerns about Qamar Zaman's attempt to build a house there for himself and some of the villagers have been threatend by this man for speaking out. Qamar Zaman has occupied government properties thoughout District Bagh and Sudhan Gali is just another example. This is a serious matter and should be investigated if anyone is serious about ending corruption in AJK.
