AIT Puts Army Cross-Training Methodology to Work.


FAYETTEVILLE, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 4, 2000

The CAO is one of the highest ranking members of an organization, managing daily operations and usually reporting directly to the chief executive . Mike Janicki and Scott Ritchie have swapped positions as Chief Information Officer and Chief Network Officer, respectively. "Periodically cross-training senior level leadership gives them a fuller appreciation of how each department affects the others," said Briggs. "Plus, we think versatile people make for more valuable employees."
