:BOS) AirBoss of America Corp. reports financial results for the year ended September September: see month.  30, 1994 and the three month transition period ended December 31, 1994. The Company's year end will now be December 31. Sales for the year ended September 30, 1994 reached a level of $6.3 million compared to $4.3 in 1993. This increase is attributable to increased sales to equipment manufacturers and their dealers.

AirBoss's new product development program was successful in producing several new tire sizes which should result in the doubling of the product line in fiscal 1995.

The Company is in the process of arranging financing and completing due diligence Research; analysis; your homework. This term has caught on in all industries, because it sounds so "wired."
