AIR RAGE SCOT IS CHARGED BY FBI.

A DRUNKEN Scot who fought cabin crew cabin crew cabin n (Aviat) → équipage m  and punched a steward on a flight to LA has been arrested by the FBI.

Fraser Lonie, 34, launched the air-rage attack when staff refused to serve him more drink on the flight from Sydney.

Last night, at his home village of Dysart, near Kirkcaldy, his parents Sandy and Elizabeth said they were "shocked and surprised".

Sandy said: "We are worried about him and wanting to find out more. We are awaiting details from the Home Office in London. That's all I can say."

Lonie had been visiting his twin sister in Sydney, Australia, before travelling on to LA.

He had been drinking heavily on the plane and had been refused alcohol several times by flight crew when he flew into a temper.

 intervened and the three cabin crew then over- powered the drunken Scot, who was cuffed and placed in his seat.

On touchdown, he was arrested by Federal agents and charged with interfering with flight crew members.
