AIO's New Vice President Targets Worldwide Acceptance with Innovative Sonic Fog Technology.

FREMONT, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 4, 2000

AIO See all-in-one.  Corporation, a manufacturer of advanced wafer drying and single chamber cleaning systems, announced the appointment of Paul Shirra as vice president of its Sonic Fog(TM) Division. Shirra will target the high growth markets in Europe and Asia.

"With 20 years of sales and marketing experience and a track record of company growth, Shirra is a top producer in large ticket technical equipment sales," commented In Kim, the president of AIO. "We are counting on his experience to drive the acceptance of Sonic Fog technology, which is an innovative alternative process in substance cleaning and drying."
