AIMSI Technologies Inc. 'ALARM' All About Diversity.

HOUSTON -- AIMSI Technologies (OTCBB:AIMT), (formerly Advanced Integrated Management Services Inc.) (OTCBB:AVIG), announces that its ALARM handheld device quickly became an eye catcher and created quite a buzz while the device was on display at the IACP "International Association of Chiefs of Police," stated Danny Rosenbalm, marketing manager for AIMSI Technologies Inc. The conference was held at the Los Angeles Convention Center from Nov. 13 through Nov. 15, 2004. The handheld device is a very diversified instrument that will serve its users in many areas of need while putting other detection devices to shame. Mr. Rosenbalm also stated, "With the continual development of the sensors with multiple applications, we (AIMSI) have only scratched the surface with the potential of this device." Because of the adaptability of the platform, users will realize many years of savings.

INDUSTRY DIVERSITY: Because of the interchangeable sensors in the ALARM handheld device, this allows the device to be used in many other industries. The development of the ALARM handheld device has resulted in the identification of secondary and tertiary applications. The chemical/biological sensor unit that is being designed to interface with the ALARM platform has spin-off applications. AIMSI Technologies Inc. is currently designing the sensor unit so that it will have applications beyond the handheld device; the sensor can be coupled with alternate devices. This has resulted in an expansion of scope outside of the homeland security market.

The first contract for the ALARM device has ALREADY been signed and is for $225 million with China Global Distribution Corp (CGDC). This contract is for an initial 15,000 units and is projected to generate over $100 million in profit for AIMT. The technology is in high demand. AIMT must provide several of the finalized units for testing and approval for the consummation of their contract with CGDC.
