This handheld device provides a valuable tool for emergency personnel responding to any radiological, biological, or chemical attack or situation. First responders can each spread out through the affected area carrying an "ALARM" unit. Each unit sends back real time contamination level information, along with GPS mapping data, to a central remote command center. The command center computer, using the input from each "ALARM" unit, builds a display of contamination overlaid onto a map of the area. Safe Harbor Safe Harbor 1.
