Corporation, the original pioneer of risk management solutions on personal computers, today announced that AIMS has selected DAVID Corporation's NavRisk([R]) as their claims management and collaborative portal software Portal Software was founded in 1985 as Portal Information Network, one of the first ISPs in the San Francisco Bay Area. AIMS selected NavRisk Claims for its rich feature set, user-friendly interface, comprehensive out-of-the-box reporting and configurable business rules engine. AIMS also selected NavRisk Central as their collaborative risk management portal to provide better access to information for their clients and service partners.

AIMS has operations throughout California, Hawaii, Oregon and Washington and has provided claims administration services to Fortune 500 organizations and public entities since 1973. AIMS works with both self-insured and insured organizations to provide in-house claims adjusting capability, enabling efficient service in an economical manner. In keeping with this philosophy, AIMS sought to replace their existing disparate systems with a single system that not only provides a consolidated platform and increased efficiencies, but also facilitates collaboration between their staff and their clients and provides their clients with on demand access to information.

"With increasing regulations and scrutiny of the insurance industry, we are continually challenged to stay ahead of the curve with technology to enhance superior service to our clients. We sought to replace our existing claims systems with a single platform that would provide us the ability to configure See configuration.

Both NavRisk Claims and NavRisk Central met every requirement on our checklist."
