AIM Investments Announces Changes to Management Teams of INVESCO Dynamics Fund, INVESCO Mid-Cap Growth Fund.


HOUSTON -- AIM Investments(SM) announced today changes to the management team of INVESCO Dynamics Fund and INVESCO Mid-Cap Mid-cap

Short for "Middle Cap," mid cap refers to stocks with a market capitalization of between $2 billion to $10 billion.

Notes:
As the name implies, a mid-cap is in the middle of the pack. A mid-cap isn't too big, but at the same time has a relatively decent market cap.

Effective July 16, 2004, the management team of both INVESCO funds becomes Paul Rasplicka (lead) and Michael Chapman Michael Chapman can refer to one of the following:
  • Mike Chapman (record producer)
  • Michael Chapman (cinematographer)
  • Michael Chapman (musician)
  • Michael Chapman (author)
  • Mike Chapman, co-creator of Homestar Runner: See The Brothers Chaps
, assisted by AIM's Small/Mid Cap Core Team. The team, which manages AIM Capital Development Fund, replaces lead manager Timothy Miller

Mr. Miller, who had been at INVESCO since 1992, is no longer with the company.

Mr. Rasplicka joined AIM Investments in 1998 and has 22 years of investment industry experience. Mr. Chapman joined AIM Investments in 2001 with nine years of investment industry experience.
