AIM Investments(R) Announces Changes to Management Teams of AIM LIBOR Alpha Fund, AIM International Total Return Fund.


HOUSTON -- AIM Investments announced today changes to the portfolio management teams of AIM LIBOR LIBOR

 Alpha Fund and AIM International Total Return Fund, effective Oct. 1, 2007.

Brendan Gau will become lead manager of AIM LIBOR Alpha Fund and will be joined by Jan Friedli, Mark Gilley, CFA (Computer Fraud and Abuse Act of 1986) Signed into law in 1986, the CFA was a significant step forward in criminalizing unauthorized access to computer systems and networks. The Act applies to "federal interest computers" that include any system used by the U.S. , and Chuck Burge. Mr. Gau, who joined AIM in 1996, is a co-manager on six of AIM's retail fixed-income funds and is a CFA charterholder. The managers will be supported by the Taxable Investment Grade Bond Team. Former portfolio managers Brian Norris and Jennifer Gilmore will remain part of INVESCO Worldwide Fixed Income's Portfolio Management and Construction group.

Additionally, Russel Matthews, who has been responsible for AIM International Total Return Fund since its inception on March 31, 2006, will become lead manager of the fund. Mr. Matthews will be paired with Mark Nash Mark Nash is the drummer for Christian rock band PFR, and husband to Leigh Bingham Nash of Sixpence None the Richer.
