AILING FIRM REVISES BOARD : EXECUTIVES QUIT DATAMETRICS.

In a bid to boost revenues and its faltering stock prices, Datametrics Corp. on Wednesday Wednesday: see week.  restructured its board of directors.

Richard A. Foster resigned as chairman of the Woodland Hills company and Dann V. Angeloff quit as the firm's director.

Daniel P. Ginns, currently president of the financial advisory firm Belmont Capital, Inc., was named Datametrics' new chairman.

``This is great news for Datametrics,'' said Seth Feinstein, a financial analyst and Datametrics shareholder. ``The company has been in trouble for a while.''

The maker of high-speed computer printers and other computer products reported a $2.83 million loss for the fiscal third quarter ending July 28. For the fiscal year ending Oct. 29, 1995, the company's net loss was $9.2 million, or 84 cents a share.

Its stock, which traded at nearly $12 a share almost a year ago, dipped to a personal low at 87 cents per share Cents per share

``The stockholders approached us last month about this matter,'' Ginns said. ``We are determined to turn this company around.''

Angeloff admits that he and Foster were forced to resign.
