AIIM International Appoints John F. Mancini President.

) has named John F. Mancini president effective May 13.

Mancini comes to AIIM from the American Electronics Association in Washington, D.C., and Santa Clara, Calif., where, for the past 11 years he served in various capacities, most recently as chief operating officer and executive vice president. The American Electronics Association is the nation's largest technology trade group, representing over 3,000 U.S. high technology companies. AEA's membership covers all segments of the industry, including software, systems integration, computers, semiconductors, and components.

As COO, Mancini had operating responsibility for AEA's annual budget of $17 million and total staff of 105. AEA has 14 field offices in the United States and three overseas offices. He has authored several publications on the electronics industry and has testified before Congress on numerous occasions.

Mancini holds a bachelor's degree from the College of William and Mary and a master's degree from Princeton University.

Mancini replaces Sue Wolk who is retiring after 20 years of service.
