AIIM International Announces New E-Business Seminar Series Focused on 'Mission-Critical Issues in E-Business'.

     SILVER SPRING, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 27, 2000--

   Leading Information Technology Association Takes Over David Woods
    Associates Seminars to Provide Industry Year-Round E-Business
                      Educational Opportunities

    AIIM International, the industry association that represents
technologies that allow organizations to process, distribute,
interpret, and analyze information - now the core technologies of
e-Business, today announced it has purchased the David Woods Seminar
Series. Focused on today's top e-Business issues, the seminar series
will now be known as the AIIM 2000 E-Business Seminar Series.
    "With AIIM's new emphasis on e-Business technologies and
associated mission-critical issues, the addition of these seminars
will increase value for our members as well as strengthen our ties to
the e-Business community," said John Mancini, president, AIIM
International. "These seminars offer attendees the education they need
to set priorities and establish a course of action for their
departments or organizations."
    Free to attendees, the first seminar series, "Mission-critical
Issues in e-Business: Managing content, processes, collaboration and
customers" will take place in eight cities nationwide in September
2000. Each day-long event will feature presentations that will cover
e-Business topics including:

--      Portals
--      Web-based content management
--      Collaboration tools
--      Data Mining/data warehousing
--      Knowledge Management
--      Web-enabled process management
--      Document/information management
--      Electronic Data and Records Management

    In addition, AIIM has enhanced the seminar format to include
complete multi-vendor solutions presentations on critical-business
issues such as:

--      Web security/privacy
--      Source authentication and digital signatures
--      Connecting the front office to the back office via web-processes
--      Developing effective portals for knowledge management systems
--      Effectively managing web content

    The locations and dates for the first seminar series,
"Mission-critical Issues in e-Business: Managing content, processes,
collaboration and customers" are as follows:

  Minneapolis     September 5       Ft. Lauderdale     September 18
  Detroit         September 7       Houston            September 21
  New York        September 12      San Diego          September 26
  Atlanta         September 14      Sacramento         September 28
