AIIM International, the industry association that represents

e-Business, today announced it has purchased the David Woods Seminar
Series. Focused on today's top e-Business issues, the seminar series
will now be known as the AIIM 2000 E-Business Seminar Series.

associated mission-critical issues, the addition of these seminars
will increase value for our members as well as strengthen our ties to
