AIIM International Acquires UK Based iTx Marketing.

Over the last two years the two organizations have operated a joint-venture agreement to stage the Info@ Document and Content Management event in London, England. The acquisition of iTx's Information Management Expo and Info Ireland events further increased AIIM's global event portfolio.

All of iTx's Worcester UK-based staff are transferring to AIIM Europe, including iTx's founders and principal shareholders, Managing Director Roger Crumpton and Finance Director Rod Wardle. Crumpton will continue to manage the iTx event portfolio and the iTx team will provide support for all of AIIM's efforts in Europe.

"This is a significant move for the document and content management community in the UK," said Crumpton. "It will provide an opportunity to leverage our understanding of the user adoption issues on a wider stage and will significantly strengthen AIIM's position in the UK and Europe."
