AIIM & ON DEMAND Expos Wrap Up Banner 2006 Events; Event Moves to Boston in 2007.

PHILADELPHIA -- Questex Media Group, Inc. today announced its co-located AIIM & DEMAND Expos wrapped up an extremely successful week at the Pennsylvania Convention Center. Representatives from more than 31 Fortune 50 companies and 61 Fortune 100 companies registered for this year's event, which included more than 20,000 visitors from 50 states and 62 countries, 450 exhibiting companies and 250 members of the press and analyst community.

The company also announced that next year's event will take place April 16-19, 2007 at the Boston Convention & Exposition Center.

--Dave Girouard, General Manager, Google Enterprise, on the topic 'Search to Start, Not to Find';

--John Seely Brown, Former Chief Scientist, Xerox Corporation, on the topic 'High Tech, Soft Touch: Creating Synergy Between People, Documents and Tools in the Digital Age';

--John Mancini, President of AIIM - The ECM Association, presented a State of the Industry Address on the increasing importance placed on enterprise content management by organizations of every size and in every industry;

--Charles A. Pesko, Jr., Managing Director, InfoTrends, presented a State of the Industry Address on the Future of black and white versus color and the paradigm shift; and

--A visionary keynote panel of executives addressed 'The Evolving Digital Color On Demand Printing Opportunity,' which included Canon USA, HP, Eastman Kodak Company, Xerox North America and Charlie Corr of InfoTrends.

Show highlights included:

--Partner Pavilions: The Microsoft Partner Pavilion gave visitors the opportunity to find out about ECM-related advances in the next version of Microsoft Office code-named "Office 12," Windows SharePoint Services, Windows Rights Management Services and the new XPS Document format in the upcoming release of Windows Vista; the Google Enterprise Partner Pavilion offered visitors the opportunity to learn more about Google's expanding line of technologies for the enterprise and to meet Google Enterprise Professional partners; and the Sun Microsystems Partner Pavilion demonstrated how to better manage content, compliance and storage challenges facing companies today.

--General Sessions: Microsoft presented three sessions: Bridging the Gap between Technology and Solution: the Value of Partners in Microsoft Office's 2007 ECM Offering; and Content-Enabling the Enterprise in a Services Oriented Environment. Oracle presented one session: Content-Enabling the Enterprise in a Services Oriented Environment.

--AIIM ON DEMAND CONNECT: This social networking tool allowed participants to match, search, connect, share, and schedule meetings with registered attendees and exhibitors, participating at the upcoming Expos.

--Expanded AIIM Conference Content: This year's conference content was expanded from six to nine concurrent educational tracks examining the convergence of content and information management. Conference sessions included case studies, benchmark/industry studies, and panel discussions. The conference program built on the traditional enterprise and document management challenges related to capturing, managing, sharing and storing information to also address the accessibility, sharing, analysis and use of enterprise content to improve organizational performance. The conference also included tracks developed and delivered by analysts from Forrester Research and Ventana Research.

--ON DEMAND Conference Content: The ON DEMAND Conference program addressed digital printing and production challenges relating to creating, managing, personalizing, and delivering content. Conference sessions included case studies, benchmark/industry studies, and panel discussions. The conference program was divided into two conference tracks, Print On Demand Technology and Print Service Provider, and five special interest tracks. The program highlighted the transformation being experienced by the digital printing industry and examined the emerging opportunities and pitfalls related to product improvements, workflow management, and sales and marketing strategies.

A special feature of the event was AIIM & ON DEMAND exhibitors' support for Philadelphia's School of the Future. Each year, the AIIM & ON DEMAND Expos give back to the local community by participating in a local educational-related charity. This year, the Expos partnered with Philadelphia's School of the Future - a public school where the newest technologies are abound, where the curriculum is relevant and adaptive, and where a state of the art building provides solid ground for fertile minds. Philadelphia's School of the Future, scheduled to open in the fall of 2006, will stand as a monument to Philadelphia's ambition for the future of our children.
