Venue Liability Protector is a general liability coverage that includes accidental death and dismemberment insurance Accidental death and dismemberment insurance (also known as AD&D) covers death or dismemberment as a result of an accident. In contrast to life insurance, AD&D generally would not pay survivor benefits in the case of death by illness. specifically to cover patrons of all types--from nightclubs to sports stadiums, museums to dinner theaters. The coverage responds in the event a patron suffers an accidental accidental /ac·ci·den·tal/ (ak?si-den´t'l) 1. occurring by chance, unexpectedly, or unintentionally. 2. nonessential; not innate or intrinsic. death or injury at the insured venue, providing immediate financial benefits to victims and their families. Risk management services are also offered to help commercial insured reduce liability exposures and create a safer environment for the public. The coverage offers general casualty limits of liability up to $1 million in primary coverage and excess limits up to $25 million. Up to $10 million in aggregate AD&D insurance is also provided. |
