Most recently, Ms. Kelly was Executive Vice President and General Counsel of MCI/WorldCom, where she served as the chief legal officer from 2003 until MCI/WorldCom's merger with Verizon early in 2006. Before that, Ms. Kelly was Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Sears, Roebuck and Co., managing corporate legal policy and strategy. Earlier, she served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Fannie Mae Fannie Mae: see Federal National Mortgage Association. , and had been a Partner and Associate with the Washington, D.C. law firm of Wilmer, Cutler & Pickering.
