The Mobius solution for AIG Life Insurance includes ViewDirect, the archiving engine and document server of the Mobius software suite, and DocumentDirect(R), the Windows-based viewing client that furnishes AIG Life Insurance company's network of customer service representatives and agents with instantaneous access to the ViewDirect integrated repository of documents and check images. The rapid availability of information will improve productivity for customer service representatives and agents, and enhance service to customers.
