AIDS group leases 400 B'way.


The Asian Pacific Islanders Coalition On HIV/AIDS HIV/AIDS Human Immunodeficiency Virus/Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome  (APICHA APICHA Asian/Pacific Islander Coalition on HIV/AIDS ) has signed a 15-year lease at 400 Broadway for 15,500 s/f of office space.

Ray Alam of Dumann Realty represented both the tenant and the landlord in the transaction.

Alam said that although the asking rent was $31 s/f, because it is a triple-net lease, requiring the lessee One who rents real property or Personal Property from another.
