AIDS crusader.Marjorie Weinberg Emden, wife of US/Real Estate Advisors vice chairman Robert B. Emden, was honored April 22 at the Concerned Parents For AIDS Research Spring luncheon. The luncheon was a fundraiser honoring the contributions of Mrs. Emden, a founding board member of CPFA CPFA California Part-time Faculty Association CPFA Chartered Public Finance Accountant (Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy; UK) CPFA Certified Public Finance Administrator CPFA Coupled Plasma Filtration Adsorption , and AIDS activists actress Sharon Stone and Sally Morrison, director of the Diamond Information Center. USI was a luncheon sponsor. CPFA was created in 1989 by a group of parents who, spurred by Alison Gertz's revelation that she contracted AIDS at age 16, realized that young people everywhere were at risk.
