AICPA seeks comments on exposure draft, Reporting on Internal Control.


The AICPA's Auditing Standards Board In the United States, the Auditing Standards Board (ASB) is the senior technical committee designated by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) to issue auditing, attestation, and quality control statements, standards and guidance to certified public  has issued an exposure draft of a proposed statement on standards for attestation The act of attending the execution of a document and bearing witness to its authenticity, by signing one's name to it to affirm that it is genuine.
