In related news, Treasury said it now has an enhanced version of its batch provider software for tax preparers. The new software offers several improvements, including electronic registration and enrollment, real-time payment and enrollment data, real-time transmission and replication, and enhanced report generation.

To download the enhanced batch software, go to www.eftps.gov, select your state and hit Enter, and then go to the "What's New" section.
