The three topic areas--supply chain management, the use of performance measures in executive compensation, and business unit controller incentives--address challenges that AICPA members face in managing their companies on a day-to-day basis. The funded projects are aligned with the goals of the Enhanced Business Reporting Consortium, of which the AICPA is a founding member. This research will contribute not only to the quality of decisions made internally, but also to the ability to develop sound measures for enhanced external reporting. |
