AICPA Welcomes President Clinton's Recommendation of CPA WebTrust as Way to Protect Consumers Shopping Online During the Holiday Season.NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 1, 1999-- During his weekly radio address on Saturday, November 28, President Clinton focused on the tremendous growth expected in Internet commerce during the coming holiday season and provided a list of "Tips for Online Shoppers."
